Perry Lee Dixon, Jr, (Bubba) 27, of Travelers Rest, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at his home.

Born in Fort Lauderdale, FL he was a son of Perry Lee, Sr. and Mary Colonel Dixon. Along with his parents he is survived by one son, Ashton Perry Dixon; one brother: Nicholas Eleftheriou; and his maternal grandmother, Virginia Colonel. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Saturday at his parents home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ashton Dixon fund at the Bank of Travelers Rest.

I'm saddened to hear of Perry's passing. He was such a great person and never had a negative thing to say about anyone or anything. I am a former classmate of Perry and i am still in shock to believe that he has passed i'm not sure as to what happened with him i actually found out about his passing on facebook through another former classmate words cannot express how much of a genuine fun loving guy perry was and still is and will always be... Perry always kept a smile on everyone's face NO MATTER WHAT... I worked side by side with Perry everyday. Very nice and smart man. He has a great sense of humor and always laughing. He was always talking about his young son and how much his world revolved around him. My prayers go out for his young son and the rest of his family.
