Auntie Mary and Family:
My family and I offer our sincerest condolences. Although I have not been able to see you all I will never forget the opportunity Uncle Frank gave me and my brothers to learn how to work hard in life when he recruited us to sell newspapers for him. He was a soft spoken gentle man and my family and I will always be grateful. I am not able to attend his services due to my being off-island but just know that my prayers and thoughts are with you. May he rest in peace.

He was a great and loving man who always put family first, a characteristic so evident in the children you bore and he help raise. We love you all and know we are praying for you and all the Delgado family for our great loss.
