Jesusa Rosario Obituary

Funeral Announcement

This past Sunday, on Sept. 9, 2007, ironically falling on Grandparent's Day, our mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend, was finally called home by Our Lord. Born on Jesus' birthday, Dec. 25, 1940, mom was only 66 years old. Her family ties include those from the Mayó, Donné and Tenbat clans, and those that knew her well, would call her "Mama Chang." We ask you all now, our families, relatives, friends and neighbors to join us as we pray the nightly rosary at 7pm at the family residence at 167 Tenbat St., Mongmong. Mom will be with us for the last time, Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, beginning with the public viewing from 8am-11:30am at Nuestra Señora De Las Aguas Church, Mongmong. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12noon. Burial and Final Interment will immediately follow at Pigo Cemetery, right next to dad. We ask you to join us as we celebrate mom's life and pray for her eternal journey home.

To Bernie and family, Our deepest sympathy and condolences with the passing of Auntie Chang, she was always warm, loving and caring person, she never said anything offensive to anyone and was always consoling to me and my children. She and Uncle John always looked out for us when my children and I were staying at Uncle Omo's house. Since the days of my childhood, I remember the family as always loving. She and the family will be always in my prayers. Keep strong and don't break the family strength and love that your parents have instilled in your hearts. Love and prayers. Cristina Matthew,Josef, Rita and Celeste mother.
