I am deeply saddened by the news of Nolan's passing. I have fond memories of working with him at Gwinnett County DOT. He had a gentle soul and always made me laugh. May he rest in peace.

I was so saddened to hear of Nolan's passing. He was a schoolmate and friend and he loved my parents Mae & Price Kimbro and would stop by to visit them.
