News Death Notice
GRIFFIN (Akins), Carla Sue 46, of Trenton passed away Monday December 8, 2014 at her home. She was born April 19, 1968 in Dayton. Carla is survived by her parents, Terry and Barbara Akins, 2 sons, T.J. Akins and Jesse Lee Campbell, a daughter, Shaydin Griffin, a grandson, John Cassidy, a sister, Teresa (Vince) Schooley and her longtime companion, Terry Campbell. A Visitation was held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Wednesday at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin followed by services at 6:00 pm. Funeral services will also be Thursday 2:00 pm at the Croley Funeral Home 103 S. 2nd. St. Williamsburg, KY. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will be in Akins Cemetery, Corbin, KY. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com.
