SLONEKER, Robert F. Age 83 of Titusville, Florida died suddenly at home on Saturday August 30,2008 Born in Seven Mile, Ohio on August 17, 1925 he was the son of Stanley and Florence Sloneker. He graduated from Seven Mile High School in 1943, then enlisted in the United States Navy. While stationed at Oxford, Ohio he attended radio school at Miami University. Later he became a radio man on a U.S. navy troop carrier. Bob worked for the United Stales Government until his retirement. Survivors includes Phyllis, his wife of 40 years; his son and wife Frederick and Michelin Sloneker, and 3 granddaughters, Whitney, Melodie, and Zoe Sloneker all of Chicago, Illinois; brothers Malcolm Sloneker of Hamilton, Ohio, Fred and Roy Sloneker of Seven Mile, Ohio; Art Sloneker of Middletown, Ohio; and sister Doris Benjamin of Hawthorne Glen, Middletown He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Betty Urban and twin brothers Dale and Dean Sloneker. Burial was at the National Veterans Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
