WILLIAMS, Jr., Roscoe Age 81, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Hospice Unit of the Dayton V.A. Medical Center. He was born August 14, 1933 in Morrow, Ohio. Roscoe served in the U.S. Air Force from 1956 to 1960. He was employed at the Middletown Paper Board Company for 36 years. He was a member of both the Moose Lodge and Eagles Lodge of Middletown. He enjoyed playing pool and horseshoes, and just loved being with his family. Preceding him in death were his parents, Roscoe and Murley Williams; one daughter, Lisa Newcomb; one brother James Williams; four sisters, Ida Belcher, Betty Dellinger, Karen Allen and Leah French; and many more loved ones. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Joyce Williams; one daughter, Jennifer Manning; son-in-law, Paul Newcomb; two grandsons, Jacob Manning and Tony Newcomb; two great grandchildren, Vincent and Valarie Newcomb; two brothers, Emmett Williams and Ronnie Amburgey; three sisters, Mary Ratliff, Mae Pelfrey and Wanda Moon; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be Friday, January 16, 2015 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, followed by services at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio with military honor services. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S.
