FUGATE, Thomas L. "Tom" FUGATE, Thomas L. "Tom", age 72, of Camden, OH, passed away, Monday January 25, 2010. He was born in Middletown, OH, on April 8, 1937 to the late Cecil & Nannie (Staton) Fugate. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict; and attended Beechwood First Church of God. Thomas retired from Ford Motor Company in 1998 after 40 years of service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Maye Conrad, Millie Ellington and Frances Wells; and 2 brothers, Leonard & Lloyd Fugate. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Caroline (Wright) Fugate; 2 daughters, Michelle (Tony) Ashton of Somerville, OH and Sherry (Charles) Crihfield of Camden, OH; 3 sisters, Mary (Mike) Johnson, Jean (Jack) Baird & Barbara (Jack) Snell all of Middletown, OH; 8 Grandchildren & 7 Great-Grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may call 6-8 p.m., Thursday, January 28th at the Dalton Funeral Home, Corner of State Route 4 & Weaver Rd., Germantown, where the Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, with Pastor Gary Agee officiating. Burial will be at Elk Creek Cemetery.

Carollne: the day you called me, I knew, and as we discussed, NO MORE PAIN. My prayers are with you and the entire family. You will have many many memories to share with your grand & Great-grand children. I remember when you met Tom, they guy with the EDSEL. Those were good times, and hope to hear from you soon.
