News Death Notice
JOHNSON, II, Todd L. "T.J." age 21, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Monday, March 31, 2014. He was born February 3, 1993 in Middletown and lived here all his life. He loved spending time with his children and friends. Preceding him in death were his maternal grandmother, Irene Johnson; and his paternal grandfather, Paul Johnson. He is survived by one son, Ryan Kaleb Johnson; one daughter, Noriah Renee Everidge; his parents, Todd and Holly Johnson; one sister, Katie (Phillip) Burkhart; one brother, Travis Johnson; his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Johnson; his maternal grandfather, Lowell Stewart; and nephew, Liam Burkhart. Visitation will be Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown. Funeral services with be Monday, April 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Richard McIntosh officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery, Middletown, Ohio. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.herr-riggs.com
