Christopher Lang Obituary
Christopher David Lang, Jr. passed away on August 2, 2021 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA at the age of 23.
He was born on June 26, 1998 at North Oaks Medical Center to Christopher David Lang and Suzanna Eyer.
Christopher's huge heart never let him meet a stranger. He loved life and brought joy and laughter to those around him. He had a passion for dancing, fishing, and could always bring a smile through his endless one liners and silly songs. He also enjoyed gaming and playing pool.
Christopher was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, June Lang of South Fork, PA. Christopher is survived by his father Christopher David Lang and Mother April Holland Lang, his Maw Maw, Sandra Lynn Lang and Paw Paw, David Dean Brown, a brother, Corey Dean Lang, a sister, Zoe Lang, niece, Isla Carrier step-sisters, Candice LaMartiniere and husband Shane, Taryn Weeks and step-brother Brian Holland, his Aunt, Jennifer Lang, her husband Rob Phillips and his cousins Iliana and Keela Paulin and many other family members.
Visitation will be held at McKneely Funeral Home in Amite on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Thursday at New Covenant Church of God in Roseland from 9:00 a.m. until Religious Services at 11:00 a.m. Services will be conducted by Pastor Scottie Smith.
