David Todd-Burnias Obituary

After 19 - beautiful years of life, our baby has gone home to be with Jesus. Peacefully held in his mama's arms and surrounded by family and friends, DJ passed away at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Valley Children's Hospital.

David Joseph Todd-Burnias was born November 10, 1990 in Hanford, CA. He attended UCP as a young boy and Shelley Baird School for about 15 years. He was also a member of The Sons Of The American Legion and FCCF (The Big Red Church). He lived at home with his "Mama" and "Bubba".

DJ had an infectious laugh and a smile that consumed his entire face. His bright blue eyes could light up the world and his personality could soften the hardest of hearts. Everyone he met was worthy of his friendship. DJ loved the ladies and they loved him right back. He was all about enjoying life and seeing to it that everyone around him did the same. He loved playing games, being with family and friends and going to Roller Towne, the zoo and especially Disneyland.

DJ is survived by his parents Lori Todd and Emily Burnias; his brother, Jeramy Todd-Burnias; sister, Ashley Todd; his grandparents, Rita Gann, Larry Blesch and Rick and Ruth Burnias; great-grandmother, Lennie Gann, eight aunts, nine uncles, 17 cousins and more friends than a person could count.

DJ was preceded in death by his grandpa, Larry Gann and 11 great-grandparents.

Buggy was truly a messenger sent from Heaven and will live on in the hearts of many forever.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 2.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bledsoe Family Peoples Funeral Chapel in Corcoran.

My precious DJ you will be missed so much. I loved you more than a nephew, you were my baby too. Life will never be the same without you. We know you are in heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are now free from pain. I Love you with all my heart.

Love, Aunt Angie
