Vicky J. Shultz, 71, of Hannibal, MO, passed away at Beth Haven Nursing Home on December 27, 2025. She was surrounded by her husband and daughters. She was born on December 19th, 1954, in Blue Springs, MO. No services will be help at Vicky's request, however we invite you to privately celebrate her memory. Private graveside and burial will be held at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO. Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
