Ronald Myers Obituary

Ronald J. Myers, age 82, a resident of Montpelier, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Morrison Woods in Muncie, Indiana.
Ronald was born on August 8, 1939, in Bryant, Indiana, the son of Clarence and Hazel (Harden) Myers. He worked for Sterling in Bluffton and Indiana Glass in Dunkirk. Ronald owned and operated R&M Builders for many years. In his retirement Ronald enjoyed woodworking and making furniture. Ronald married Cheryl (Kruse) Schoenherr on December 24, 1994.

4 sons: Dee Myers (wife Donna) – Hartford City, Indiana
Mike Myers (wife Tina) – Pennville, Indiana
David Myers (wife Hope) – Bluffton, Indiana
Steve Myers (wife Cherri) – Hartford City, Indiana
2 step-daughters: Angela Belanger (husband Scott Taylor) – Dahlonega, Georgia
Debra Sitar (husband Ed) - Chicago, IL
2 sisters: Vonnie Hamill – Kendallville, Indiana
Rosella Bauman – Pennville, Indiana
3 brothers: Jim Myers (wife Mary) – Pennville, Indiana
Bob Myers (wife Karen) – Redkey, Indiana
Don Myers (wife Marilyn) – Geneva, Indiana
5 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Services to celebrate Ronald's life will follow at 12 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Pastor Gil Alicea will officiate the service and burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery, west of Bryant.
