Mr. Turner was a beacon of light in our Colcchester, CT, community. A leader, compassionate, well-educated, intelligent, engaging and welcoming to all, he was what all young people should aspire to be. But he was proudest of "his girls," his independent and successful wife, his high achieving daughters and all his extended family members who he adored. It was an honor to have known him and to listen to his insightful comments at Board of Directors' meetings he attended.

I remember working at the Colchester Lions Carnival on the Green with Aaron when he trained me to keep track of the receipts for each night of the event. Whenever he checked up on us to see how we were doing, we would chant, "Money Man, Money Man", and a big smile would break out on his face. He will be sorely missed.

Oddessa and family. I was sorry to hear aobut Aaron's passing. I remember the fun we had when Aaron and my father Frank Avery served together on the Ct. State Police Auxiliary Force, Troop "K" Colchester. The times that we spent together, and the fun we had at the family picnics at Day Pond are fond ones for me. Know that he is in the plam of God's hand. He was a kind and gentle person and I know that my life was blessed by knowing the Turner family. My deepest sympathies, Donna M. Avery (daughter of Frank & Ruth Avery).
