Abigail Langschultz Obituary
Abigail Jane Langschultz passed away at home Monday, December 22 after a lifelong struggle with Epidermolysis Bullosa. During Abbie's brief 10 months with us, our brave and smart baby girl touched many lives with her sweet personality, sparkling eyes, and her inspiring smile. She is the daughter of Kenneth J. Langschultz and Carrie (Bates) Langschultz of West Hartford. Beside her parents, Abigail leaves behind a sister Natalie Rose Langschultz; grandparents Donald and Rebecca Bates of South Glens Falls, NY, and Kenneth and Rosalie Langschultz of Stamford; great-grandparents Barbara and Anthony Simione of South Glens Falls, NY , and Doris Mills of Hudson Falls, NY, and Edward and Marie Langschultz of NJ; Uncle Thomas and Aunt Annie Langschultz, and cousins, Samantha and Eva; Uncle Michael Langschultz; Aunt Sarah Bates and Aunt Antoinette and Uncle Craig Seybolt and cousins, Madelyn, Owen and Blake. Abigail's family will receive family and friends to celebrate her life Sunday, December 28 from 3pm to 5pm at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center, 301 Country Club Road, Avon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, December 29, at 10am directly at St. Patrick - St. Anthony Church, 285 Church Street, Hartford. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations can be made to the DEBRA Foundation 75 Broad Street, Suite 300 New York, NY 10004 or the EB Research Partnership, 132 East 43rd Street, Suite 432, New York, NY 10017.
