Adam W. PRICE

PRICE, Adam W. (Parulis) Adam W. (Parulis) Price, 91, of Wethersfield, beloved husband of the late Bernice (Perzanowski) Price, passed away peacefully Friday, (December 18, 2009) at Hartford Hospital after a brief illness. Adam was born in Torrington, son of the late George and Anna Parulis. He lived in West Hartford for eleven years prior to moving to Wethersfield, where he resided for the last 48 years. Adam was employed by Pratt & Whitney Tool of West Hartford for forty eight years. He was an avid sports fan who followed the Montreal Canadians, N.Y. Football Giants and his beloved N.Y. Yankees. He also enjoyed playing Setback at the Wethersfield Senior Center. Adam and Bernice spent fifty two years at their summer home in Old Lyme, and their winter home in Dunedin, FL. Adam leaves to morn, a son Robert and his wife Carol of Rocky Hill, a daughter Andrea and her husband Anthony Cerasoli of Rochester, N.Y., a sister-in-law Helene Perzanowski of Farmington, grandchildren, Allyson Zoto and her husband Lon, Brian Price and Michael Cerasoli and great-grand-children, Adrian and Ariana Zoto, and Jaedis Cruz-Price and her mother Lisa. He was predeceased by three sisters, Marjorie, Marion and Dorothy. Adam's family wishes to thank the excellent staff members at Hartford Hospital, on Bliss 8 and Bliss 5 along with the team of Doctors that cared for Adam, and for all their comfort and support, most especially Dr. Rashma Jhunja. Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 21, 2009 at 9:30 am from the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Corpus Christi Church, 601 Silas Deane Hwy, Wethersfield. Burial will follow in Village Cemetery, Marsh St, Wethersfield. Friends and relatives may call on the family Monday morning prior to the Funeral Mass from 8:30-9:30am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center, 85 Retreat Ave. Hartford, CT. 06102.
