I STILL REMEMBER BEING IN THE CELLAR OF OAKWOOD AVE. PLAYING BEHIND THE BAR AND EATING AUNT CONNIE'S GOODIES IN THE PANTRY.
WE SPENT MANY HOURS SITTING ON THE FLOOR IN THE PANTRY JUST TALKING ABOUT OUR FAMILY LIVES.
YOU'RE WITH YOUR LOVING MOM AND BROTHER MIKE, SO I KNOW YOU'RE TRULY HAPPY NOW.

I try to slow down…to hold on to the past.
The memories you gave…the laughter and fun.
The smiles and love…spread to everyone.
A man I’ll miss dearly…someone who can not be replaced.
I will always see the smile…you held on your face.
A father, brother, husband…an Uncle, a friend.
We all sit back quietly…as our hearts try to mend.
Tomorrow will come…and a new day will start.

Even though I lived so far away from Al for so many of our adult lives, he was and still is always on my mind, reminding me of the good and the bad times we shared. Now he is with God and the rest of our loved ones he will be at peace with only good times to come. I'll always miss and love him, till we meet again in heaven.
