Andrew Perkins of Tolland, CT passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Sunday March 14, 2021 at the age of 16 years. He is the son of Chad Perkins and Wendy Fitzgerald and her husband, Randy. He is survived by his brother, Nathan Perkins and his wife, Brittany as well as his maternal grandparents, Anthony and Vallory Massita and paternal grandparents, Edward and Sue Perkins. He leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Andrew was a junior at Cheney Tech high school. He was a kind, loving teen who always enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed what most teenagers do – bowling, riding quads, playing video games with his friends, working on his truck, mudding with the Jeep and his dad, and taking motorcycle rides with his mom. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 23 from 4–7 pm at Somers Funeral Home, 354 Main Street, Somers followed by a reading and prayer service.
