Bette,
I was deeply saddened to hear about Brian. He will be dearly missed by family and friends alike. His warm smile and demeanor was a gift we all enjoyed. My dad often spoke fondly of Brian and enjoyed his wit and sense of humor. Please accept my apologies for not making it to Connecticut for the services. I deeply regret not being able to be there and have you, Billy and your whole family in my thougths and prayers.

Dear Bette, Billy and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Brian's passing. He was a very special addition to our family and we all loved him. He was very loving, considerate and an all-around nice human being. We could always count on Brian to enjoy our jokes and he had some good ones to tell, too. We will miss him greatly but his memory lives in our hearts always.
