DUCHARME, Cecile (Guilbault) Cecile (Guilbault) Ducharme, 85, of Windsor, formerly of Holyoke, MA., wife of the late Armand Ducharme, died peacefully on Wednesday (January 10, 2007) at a local convalescent home. Born on December 24, 1921 in St. Viateur Limoges, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Mathilda (Moise) Guilbault. Cecile lived most of her life in Holyoke, MA., and moved to Windsor to be close to family a few years ago. She was a past member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Holyoke, MA and a member of the Holyoke Senior Center. She was a funny woman who loved to have a good time. Cecile was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren, and great grandson. She always had a pocket full of candy and a heart full of love. She will be greatly missed by all. She leaves a daughter, Linda Mazzie and her husband Vincent of Windsor; a sister, Marie Doherty of Holyoke, MA; three grandchildren, Amber La Valla and her husband Joseph of Windsor, Shaun Mazzie and his wife Katie of East Hartford, and Scott Mazzie of Windsor; a great grandson, Joey La Valla; a nephew and several nieces. Family and friends may gather on Saturday 8:45 a.m. at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor; followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 a.m. from St. Gabriel Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley, MA. Her family will receive friends on Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
