Although I didn't know Ceil personally I feel like I have insight into the beautiful woman she was. Just listening to others (including many of my family members) tell of her fortitude and loving and giving personality I am sorry that her time here was so short. She impacted many lives. My deepest sympathy to the many of you that I do know in the Biscoglio, Simeone, and Tomlinson families on this very difficult loss. May God bless you all as you try to move forward with your lives.

Vin, Ceil filled our hearts with love and made us feel like family. She fought a courageous battle and inspired everyone to be kind and thoughtful. When you first started at the "Reservoir" in West Hartford, just a fresh faced girl straight out of college, I knew you were special. Always a kind word and sweet disposition. You were a special gift to all of us there. We shared our home town of Berlin, and became friends. God Bless you and your family with peace. You are loved and will always be loved by so many.
