Charlene Silguero Obituary

Charlene Silguero, a Berlin resident for over 60 years, passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 4, 2021 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut after a long battle with Dementia. She was the wife of Israel (Tex) Quintana Silguero for 62 years. Born in Fort Kent, Maine she was the daughter of the late Edward and Alma (Paradis) Dumond. Charlene was a Certified Nurses Aid for over 30 years, having worked for Mediplex of Newington for many years and Home Health Care, she loved sewing, crocheting and reading and was a member of St. Paul Church. Beside her husband she is survived by her 6 children: Gwendolyn Kendall her Husband Dennis, Daniel Silguero, Brenda Lewis, Edward Silguero his Wife Karen, Wanda Juchniewicz, and Sharon Gdovin her husband Jeffery, one sister Carol Michaud, she was predeceased by a sister Diane Dumond and two brothers Ronnie Dumond and Bruce Dumond. 15 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Everyone is directed to go directly to St. Paul Church 485 Alling St. Kensington for Mass of Christian, Burial on Friday May 14, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be private.
