Yes, Claire did love to play bridge, and we spent many, many Monday afternoons doing just that.
She was an excellent bridge play, and a very strong and courageous woman. Our deepest sympathies.

I am sorry for your loss. 'Aunt' Claire was always sweet and kind. I have fond memories of visitng at your home with our families as a child and walking to the corner to get ice cream. May her soul rest in peace and you all share her love in your hearts.

To Claire's family
My deepest sympathy to all in the passing of Claire , I only knew her as a fellow resident of Collier Farms. She was always so nice to talk with and I will certainly miss seeing her. She was a lady with great inner strength and courage.

Jack, Mary, Martha, Jane, Emily, Richard, and Eve:
Thinking of you at this most difficult time. Your mom (grandmother) was a truly wonderful person, and the picture in the paper shows her just how I remember her, with her zest for life. Thinking of you all and keeping you in my prayers.
Love,
Geralyn

To all of Claire's children - Mike and I were saddened to hear and read of Claire's death. She lived across from us at Collier Farms. We would always see her on her way to the Cape, to the beach in CT. or on her way to playing bridge, which she loved. It was a pleasure to see her caring for her flowers. She was always a happy-go-lucky person, no matter how bad she was feeling. She always greeted you with a smile. We will surely miss her presence across the street.
Love, Mike and Nella D'Onofrio
