David E. Cwirka, 57, of Centerville, OH died September 3, 2012. Dave was born on April 1, 1955 in New Britain, CT and was the son of the late Leocadia (Sienkiewicz) Cwirka and Edwin Cwirka of Colebrook, NH. Dave was a computer analyst in the health care industry. He is survived by his wife Barbara (Luedtke) Cwirka, step daughter Michelle Butcher, and her spouse Rodney of Moore, OK. He is survived by two brothers, Edwin, and his wife Barbara of Farmington Hills, MI, Richard, and his wife Dawn of Columbia, CT and a sister Maryann (Cwirka) Caron and her husband Steve of East Haddam, CT. He also leaves three step grandchildren, two nieces, and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 22 at 12:30 p.m. at the Faith Baptist Church in Beavercreek, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the Leukemia Society.
