Doris Chouinard Obituary



Doris M. Chouinard, 86, of Glastonbury, died Sunday December 25, 2016 at the Glastonbury Health Care Center. Born April 25, 1930 in Hartford, daughter of the late Camille and Emelda (LaMontagne) Chouinard, she had lived in Glastonbury the past 40 years. Prior to her retirement she was a secretary for Day, Berry & Howard. Doris was very active with a group of lifelong friends in the greater Hartford area, was heavily involved in the management of her condominium association, and was an avid skier. Doris is survived by 2 brothers, Raymond O. Chouinard of GA, Kenneth R. Chouinard and his wife Jeanne of FL, a niece Angela F. Chouinard of VA, 2 nephews and their wives, John R. and Dorothy Chouinard of GA, Paul and Jan Chouinard of CA. and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
