PHILIPPI, Elpha Grace
Elpha Grace Philippi 86, formerly of Latham, NY, passed peacefully into the hands of her Lord on November 22, 2012 at Mansfield Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, Mansfield, CT. She truly conquered the world with loving kindness and grace. Born in Eagle River, WI, she was the beloved wife for more than 50 years of the late William J. Philippi. She was also predeceased by her two sons Randy and Terry Philippi. Her remaining children and their spouses are Karen and Roy Osborne of Coventry, CT, Joseph and Lynn Philippi of Willington, CT, Tracy and Katrina Philippi of Land O Lakes, FL, and Kristen and James Smith of Schectady, NY. Elpha also leaves nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She also leaves her sisters Lois Perrine and Caroline Killian and her brother Wendell Snell. All that know Elpha, understand the full and accomplished life she lived.
