I too have many wonderful memories of Garland. When we worked together at PWA we often would sit and talk. He was so proud of his family (his sons.) He especially loved you Eunice. Garland was a nice person, a good husband, father, & grandfather, and yes a good friend.

PS; I finally made it to Chesapeake. I have been living here now for 4 years
I am loving it. I have a small lake in my back yard and it is the most relaxing place to just sit and pray. When you are ever down this way give me a call my cell phone # is the same. or you can e-mail me off of this letter.
