DUFRESNE, Gary A. Gary A. Dufresne, Sr., 65, of New Britain, CT, passed away Tuesday (December 7, 2010) after a long battle with cancer at home. Gary was born January 16, 1945 and was the son of the late Joseph F. and Jeanette (Desrosier) Dufresne. Gary worked for 33 years for New Departure in Bristol, CT and enjoyed his Harley-Davidson Motorcycle, hiking, camping and fishing. Gary leaves behind his beloved wife of 47 years, Judith Dufresne of New Britain, CT, his five children, Richard Dufresne and his wife Jan of Cape Coral, FL, Gary Dufresne, Jr., and his wife Janet of Bristol, CT, Thomas Dufresne of Enfield, CT, Kari Lynn Miller and her husband Ken of Wethersfield, CT and Todd Michael Dufresne of New York, NY, his five grandchildren, RJ Jennings, Kimberly and Aimee Dufresne and Walker and Hailey Miller, his two sisters, Roselyn Grodzicki of Burlington, CT and Jeannette Lynes of Clinton, CT and several nieces and nephews. Gary was predeceased by his three brothers. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to VNA of Central Ct. - Hospice, 205 West Main St., New Britain, CT 06052.
