MAILLOUX, George A. George A. Mailloux, 86, husband of the late Dorothy (Ward) Mailloux, died Wednesday (March 10, 2003) at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. Born in Methuen, MA on July 13, 1917, he had lived in Windsor for over 40 years. Before retiring he was employed by Hartford Hospital and was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. George and Dorothy were actively involved in the Salvation Army and volunteered for many years in the Hartford area. He is survived by a stepson, Arthur N. Chapin in Huntington Beach, CA and a stepdaughter, Barbara Giovanni of Hartford. Funeral service will be Saturday, 1 p.m., at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor. Burial with military honors will be in Windsor Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 855 Asylum Ave., Hartford, 06105.
