I, am sad to say that today July 25 09 I recieved the news that Harvey had passed away...Harvey and I were childhood friends and always remaind buddies, The last time I saw Harvey I was up on a vist to Connecticut around 1995 and saw Harvey comming out of a 7 11 in Newington. I called him over to my car and said that I will be right back. I went inside and purchased two six packs of beer and we sat in the car and drank the beer and laughed like hell.Harvey was the salt of the Earth and will be missed.

I was both saddened and shocked to hear Harvey passed away. Harvey and I worked together for many years when he first transfered to UCONN. I will always remember his sense of humor, his kind heart and most of all his laugh and the laughter we shared. My deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones.

I was so sad to hear the news that Harvey had passed away over the weekend. I have not seen him in many years but I can still hear that unique, contagious laugh of his! We had many good times with good friends in the 1970’s at the apartment on South Street in Hartford, CT.

He was a wonderful man with a gigantic heart that I am sure will be truly missed. My heart goes out to the Hebert Family at this time and in the days ahead. Please accept my deepest sympathies.
