Dear Spellman Family,
I just recently learned of Jackie's death. Although I never got to meet her, I've known many of you for many years. Therefore, I know that she was as beautiful a human being as the Spellmans I grew up with. My heart goes out to each of you during this difficult time. I'm grateful that you have each other for the emotional support you need right now.

Dear Spellman Family,
I was out of town and so saddened to learn of Jackie's passing when I returned. I will always remember her beautiful smile and fantastic athletic ability all the way from Hanmer School where she went to school with my son. I think everyone picked her to be on the kickball team first! May you cherish your precious memories.

Steve, Darlene, and Britni:
In the short time we knew Jackie, we learned how special of a person she truly was. Whenever we spoke with her, no matter how poorly she felt at the time, she always had a smile on her face and you could tell she had a special spirit and air about her that not many people have.
We'll always remember Jackie and her smile as she waved to us as she left your driveway on one of her mandatory walks. :)
We know your loss is great and we share in your sorrow. Our thoughts and prayers will always be with you and Jackie. We think of her often.
We also think the world of you for how much support you gave Jackie during her illness. There was a reason why she was at your house when she learned of it.

Steve and Darlene,
Jon and I were deeply saddened to hear of Jackie's death. Her courage during this time has been truly inspiring. Although right now it is difficult to see beyond your sorrow, may looking at all your memories of Jackie help comfort you today and in the future.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Words really can not express the deep sympathy I feel for you. Jackie was such a great kid who grew into a strong beautiful women. I think of her diving for a basketball, running from softball to soccer or just sitting and laughing but always with a twinkle in her eye.
