My fondest memories are of Chuck working the wrestling matches at the Hartford Civic Center. As a young patrolman I used to wish I would someday work on a M/C. Never did I dream that Chuck would be training me when I went into the Traffic Division. He'll be sadly missed. May God Bless.

My wife Jean went to High School with Chuck and I had the pleasure of being a brother police officer with Chuck starting in 1961. I can remember many funny stories with Chuck and I sure miss those days. So long Chuck.
