Dear Jess, the news that Janet had died was devastating to the group of needlepointers with whom she met monthly for so many years. We were a small group for the last several years and so we got to know the families of our members through wonderful conversations that shared our caring ffor each other and those we love. You did beautiful, loving obituaries of each of your parents. We will miss Janet so much. She was a model of compassion and caring. Please know you will remain in our prayers.

My heart goes out to you, Jessica, and to your family. You gave such a fitting tribute to both your mom and your dad...If words could paint a picture of two people, your words did in my mind. I feel as though I knew them both well, although I only saw them a couple of times. You brought tears to my eyes, and put a smile on my face all at the same time. God Bless them both and also you and your family. You are in my thoughts. Andrea Herlth

We join you all with heavy hearts at the loss of JanetandTom. Janet was a dear friend who taught me to believe in myself, dragons, and other magical creatures. Our years together in Virginia I will forever cherish. She will always be my Nefertiti. May we be comforted that she is free of suffering and with her beloved in spirit.
