Jason Robert Horan

1982 - 2018

It is with great sorrow that we let you know our beloved son, Jason Robert Horan, passed away on June 26, 2018, after he fought a long and courageous battle with addiction. Born December 5, 1982, he was a lifelong resident of Unionville. He attended Farmington High School and had been employed by many restaurants in his culinary career. Jason truly was an "old soul" with a heart of gold. He loved animals, especially cats. He was a talented artist, painter, and writer of his own music and poetry. But, his greatest joy was cooking, creating new culinary dishes to delight the people he cooked for, especially his mother. His smile and laugh were infectious and he will be forever missed. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather "Pops" Horan and his maternal grandparents "Grandma Peg" Kerchis and Jack Presissner. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Elizabeth Horan, his twin brother Eric Horan (Sarah), his nephew Hunter and niece Audriana Horan and his grandmother, Joan "Nana" Horan (Andy). He also leaves many aunts, uncles and cousins.
