Although it's been years since I saw Jean last I have many fond memories of hanging out with her by the pond, talking about horses, art, and kids. She was always available with advice and encouragement for me as a new and uncertain mom. I will miss knowing that Jean's generous, positive spirit is in the world. My thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends.

Jean was one of the most kind, thoughtful and upbeat friends anyone could have. A loving mother and dedicated equistrian. Having know her for over 43 years we could go years or months without visits but were always able to pick up like we'd never been apart. She will always live on in my heart and prayers. I'm sure she is smiling down on all her many friends and loving family surrounded by her many pets that have crossed that rainbow bridge before her. She will live on in all our hearts forever. May God bless Jean and hold her close,

Jean and I were cousins, but more like sisters. We shared the passion for horses. We laughed and cried together. I remember SO many wonderful memories...from horses to raccoons and other 4 legged animals to learning stuff about cooking in Aunt Mary's side and learning about traveling, etc from Aunt Florence..pillow fights at Disney world when she would come see me in Florida each year. Later, so many long talks and shopping and trying to find just the right gift for each other-she was so much better at that than I. Jean, I will miss you to the nth degree. Will always think of you (once I stop crying) and love you with the love we shared - as family AND as friend! Sorry I can't be at the memorial service but I will be there in my heart and mind. Prayers are with Jenna, Marc, Mylie and of course Rick - LOVE, Betsy

A beautiful and loving person. I have known Jean for the past sixty years. Always with a bright smile and a kind word. She will always live in my heart. My prayers go out to Rick.
