Jeff,

I miss so many things about you I could never write them all. Most of all I miss your laughter and believe it or not your loud voice too. Places that we spent time together now seem so lonely, awfully quiet and no fun. I miss you more than I could ever write. I look forward to seeing you again in the future. Until then I will think of you often, wish you the best and continue to miss you.

My sincere condolences to those who loved Jeff. I was blessed to know Jeff and be able to fellowship with him at LRCF. I will truly miss seeing his face and hearing his smart comments when I missed church! The last time I saw Jeff in church he was trying to convince me to join the choir. He was a sweet person who I will never forget. I know he is with the Father in Heaven.

To the Acoff family,

I wish to extend my deepest sympathy during this time of sorrow. Jeffery was a very good friend and I have known Jeff for many years. we were classmates in junior/high school and kept the lines of comunications open. the one thing I admired about Jeff is that he was a sharp dresser. always was dressed to the nine! my most funny memory about Jeffery is when he use to call me the teenaged witch with the pretty legs back in the day. we would laugh so hard regarding his comments. Jeffery you were and shall always be my friend. I will truly miss you. I wont say goodbye....lets just say until we meet again....sleep on brother your work is done. rest in peace...Brie

Big Dogg, I am going to miss the way that we used to beat the pants off of our opponents while playing Spades. I still remember that X-Mass eve at Nikki's when we ran the table. We have spent plenty of nights perfecting our game. You were the one responsible for giving my nick name that I have now (Adubs / Dub/ Adoubles. Love you for that. I am sitting here crying while I pour out how I feel. You have truly been a friend/partner and some one to talk to. I am going to miss you, but if you were here now you would tell me GOD HAS A PLAN FOR ME. I am not going to be sad for you because I know that you are truly a solider for the Lord. Life is about changes Jeff and I am proud of you that you have made yours. In closing you don't have to change the world, just start with yourself every thing after that will be influenced to change also.

PS Just for you Jeff

Deacon Jeffery Acoff,

We love you and really miss you. Jeff you held a special place in our hearts and I think you knew that.... You were a remarkable MAN you gave your life to God and meant business for God. You loved your children your legacy. We spoke so many times about how you wanted your children to not have to go through the pitfalls in life that you had to but Jeff we always knew the only thing we could do is pray for our children and let God handle them. Your passing has left a void in The Latter Rain Church family, but thank God for the memories!

Love ya always,

Jeff, I can not begin to express how much I will miss you from getting on my nerves, being so loud and demanding, asking every waitress in every restaurant for seltzer water with lemon. But I must admit I loved it, because to know you is to love you. I'm going to always remember your big smile, and your great love that you have for the Lord, your children, your Pastors and your church family. You wanted everyone to taste and see that the Lord is good.

It was a pleasure of meeting you around 20 years ago in your before Christ days, but it was an even greater pleasure of knowing you in your after Christ days. There was a significant change in your life when you excepted the Lord into your life, for we all know that you meant business for God.

Well Jeff, no more breathing machines, because from now on you will have the breath of life. I truly believe that you made it in to heaven's gate because of your sincerity and Love that you have for God. I know you are singing, dancing, worshiping and praising the God of your salvation. You've fought a good fight, you've finished your course, so go on Big Brother and take your rest, we all love you but God love you best.

Guess what Jeff? You are safe in the arms of the Lord!!!!

Save me some of that milk and honey up there, don't eat it all Jeff.
