Dear Dad,
You will be missed by so many friends and family. My life on this earth will never be the same without you. I know I should not question God's plan as to why you were taken from us, but I do take comfort in knowing that you are not alone and that you are with family and friends that have gone on before you. I pray you know how much you mean't to David, Anthony and I. I pray you know how fortunate I am to have realized what a great person you were. You took such pride in being an wonderful husband, father and friend. We are so blessed that you were with family during your last days and that your passing did not cause you any suffering. Please know you will always be in my heart and on my mind until that day comes when we will see one another again. I will do my best to help Mom through this difficult time. I will help her to be strong for you Dad. I know you will be proud of me and I look forward to the day when you tell me so. Please say hello to Bobby for me and tell him I know he has been our Guardian Angel for 6 years now, and I thank him for this. It's time for him to share in this adventure with you. We are a lot to care for Dad but this is not a job to big for you.
Love from your daughter, Karen

Aunt Bunnie & Family,
I was on vacation when I heard of (dad #2) Uncle Donnie's passing. My heartfelt wishes and prayers go out to you and the whole family. Every time it storms, and I hear the rolls of thunder, I'll think of him and Bobby bowling together up in heaven. I'm sure they're bowling 300 games every time, too!
Love to you all,

Bunny,
Our hearts and prayers have been with you since getting the news on Johns sudden passing into eternal life. We are so greatful to have had John and you as such dear neighbors and friends to my mom (and all of us) in The Villages. Hold on to that comfort of knowing how well John did at touching the lives of others in his gentle and kind ways. John and you did so much for my mom through the years since moving to The Villages and there are not words enough to express the gratitude we had in knowing the dear friends she had next door, always looking out for her. We are so sad for you, losing your partner, and at the same time rejoice in KNOWING John is indeed in eternal life with God, Robert, and all his family and friends that have gone before him. Know that our love is with you Bunny and we are greatful for the gift of you and John in our lives!

John,
We thank you for being first our dear, dear
friend. Our time knowing you, only 5-Yrs, were way too few, only once in a life time will we ever have the chance to know someone of your caliber. Our neighborhood will never be the same without the GREATEST NEIGHBOR and FRIEND we can ever hope to have. You was always the first to greet us after arriving back FROM Ky.WE could always be assured our lights were on and the ice-maker was full, just to name a few of the gestures made by YOU. These may have seemed trivial, but neVER to us ,this is the true caring spirit of You. Our common interest of the love of flowers, enjoing coffee with you and Bunny on The lanaui in the evenings . These are but a few of the things we will always love and cherish in our memories of you. TO YOU JOHN WE LOVE YOU AND ARE SO FORTUNATE TO KNOW YOU EVEN tho, much TOO SHORT.We looked forward to your visit every day delivering our mail with a beautiful smile and a Hello Young LADY.We appreciated your phone calls while we were away keeping us abreast of thing at out house. OUR LOVE TO YOU AND BUNNY.
