Uncle John was the best great uncle there ever was. Even though I did not spend much time with him I know he was a wonderful man. The time I did spend with him was great! I remember it was after a rain storm, and he took my cousin and I to the swamp down the street to see and hear the bullfrogs. I also remember it was still drizzling a little bit because he made room for my cousin and I under the umbrella. What I remember the most about Uncle John is that he always called me "Dolly". He would say "Hi ya Dolly". Uncle John will always be in my heart! I hope all of us will be reunited happily someday. Ja ci kocham Uncle John!
Love,
Great niece Hilary :) XOXO

John presented a perfect blueprint of how life should be lived. A humble, selfless, kind, hard working man who always had time to listen to the problems of his fellow workers offering viable solutions more often than not. He did considerable good and no harm, a grand legacy.
