Dear Andersen family, My apologies and sympathy in just now learning of the passing of your parents. I have fond memories of them both and how nicely I was always treated at your home. They must have been very proud of the many collective accomplishments of their children. I hope that many happy memories of your family times together help you through this difficult time.

My sincere condolences to all of the family, and my dear old friends Tim and Debby--Joe was such a "prince of a man" from his early life in Unionvile, where I grew up with him so many years ago--I always judge people by the way they deal with kids, and Joe was my mentor as a kid, due to his kindness, thoughtfulness and inclusion of our neighborhood in his fun tme by the brook fishing and canoeing-Oh what a wonderful man to emulate and with all of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, learrning from him, this world is surely a bettert place!
Do as he did and you will all know the peace, God gives us when he takes back one of his "STAR" students-God rest his good soul!!

I am deeply saddened to hear of Joe's passing.
I spent so much time at your house as a kid that I felt like the 9th Andersen. I have many fond memories of both your mom & dad. I still think of your mom often & will now keep both of them in my prayers.
I will always remember Joe's laugh & his unending projects around the house. He was always busy doing something but would still take time out to shoot a few hoops with us now & then. He will be missed.
You are all in my thoughts & prayers.
Love,
Kelli

Remembering Uncle Joe -his laughter, endless affection and horseplay with all of us children. Our lives were enriched and made happier by him, our aunt and cousins. Somewhere, I hope all the Andersen boys(Tom, Mark, Joe and Jack) are rough housing and playing football together again. We miss you all.
