Pat, Joe and Chris,

I was truly shocked and saddened to hear of the loss of Joe. As parents we have so many hopes and dreams for our children and to have their life shortened heightens our grief. Joe was a true traveler, a gift of a young man touching many lives along the way with his all too short time on earth. Take comfort in the fact that like a pebble in the stream, the ripples of his life spread far and wide to set an example of what a wonderful son, brother and friend he was. He will be missed by many. My heartfelt prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Joey, as we go through life, some of us have friends. You and I, well. . . just as you said "we should have been brothers." Man it is just so hard. The memories will always be there no matter what, your smile, laugh, and presence brightened anyone's day. From Explorer Academy to to the day I interduced you to the towing industry, we had so many fun times. I still remember the first Towtruck we rolled in up at Eastern CT and how from that moment on You were "hooked on towing." From our Mountain Bike excusions to Four-Wheeling my old Ranger in the lot in back of R&M and where ever else we could drive it into. The trouble and havoc were just trifles of our imagination and products of our bordem and curiosity. I am so glad to have been part of your life as a friend and hope you guide me from up above for the rest of mine. I will miss you dearly. . .MAY GOD BLESS YOU AS YOU BLESSED US! Rest in Peace.

Mr. and Mrs. Michalski, Chris, family and fellow friends of Joey,

My sincere condolences and memories are equally shared. As short as time allowed, we all have the great memories of Joey to remember. He always found ways to brighten our days and amaze us. His love for everything he enjoyed is what made him great all around. I will miss him and remember him always in my heart.

Just as he was always there for me, If you need anything I will try and help out.

Truely Yours,

Mark de Loureiro

Dear Pat, Joe, and Chris,

It is with a heavy heart that we write this entry. The years pass so quickly. It seems just yesterday that we lived across the street and Joey would be over playing with Jer. We would often comment on memories past and wondering what your family has been up to and how the boys have grown. We express our deepest sympathies to your family at your time of morning. May you find strength and comfort in your family and friends. ~ Our Deepest Condolensces ~ The Lemieux Family ~ Karen, Katie, and Jeremy

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Joe's family and friends. He was such a nice person. Unlike most of you, I didn't have the opportunity to get to meet him until the end of my senior year at NHS, but he definitely made a lasting impression on me...one that even carried on to UNH during some long and grueling fire science classes. I'll never forget how he made everyone laugh, especially me. He will be missed!

My heart breaks for the Michalski family. I had the pleasure of growing up with Joey as neighbors and graduating with him. He was always such a nice person and I will always have the memories of playing kickball in the circle with him. My prayers go out for Joey and that he may rest in peace. I pray that God gives Joey's family and friends the strength during this horrible time of grief.

How exactly do you continue to go on without someone with whom you spent a solid two months of quality time? Between the never ending laughs, weekend Cape trips, countless nights out for dinner and off-roading adventures, and softball games with Joe cheering us on...I can't even begin to describe how much I miss him. He loved life, his durango, and Michelle to no end....and you can't replace someone like that. I know he's out there watching over us all, so hey Joe--paint me a birmingham.

June 22, 2004

Dear Joe,

I don't know what to say we were in school together but never met.

Then in November 2003 we met for the first time at what else but a Towing Class to become Certified in driving a tow truck. Yeah! I just remember us hitting it off right from the start. We had two long days of training and you were there to keep me going and keep me laughing. Talking about anything from Dodges are the best truck ever, how country music is the only way, and your new cowboy hat made of sheep skin either way we had a great time and I just wanted to say if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have made it though that class.

I will miss you and I'm sorry we only had a short time to know each other.I will think of you always and pray that Jesus will be with you always.

Love,

melanie

Pat, Joe and Chris,

I am so saddened to hear about Joey. I will truly miss him and his sense of humor . He was a real friend to Nick and there will be a big void in his life now. I just keep thinking that he is with "Gramma Nick" right now and when she is done giving him a piece of her mind, they will take good care of each other.

With much sympathy and sadness,

joe was always like a brother to me, in high school we did a lot of fun stuff together. he was the one to take me to my first concert at the webster theater to go see ICP. we always had a blast when we were hangin out, whether it was drivin around town in the hooptee gray cutlas sierra, blastin those huge speakers he had in the back, drivin around with the T's off in the Monte, or even just chillin at one of our houses just hangin out. we always had a blast, he was like a brother to me, and i will never forget him for all the fun and joy he brought into my life. he will be deeply deeply missed by me as well as my family who he also always had smiling when he came around. I'll miss ya bro...be good up there.

Joe, i will never forget the smile on your face when I let you drive my 1997 camaro when it was brand new. You could not believe I let you drive it,,why not, its just a car, but you love'd it, pulling up next to your friends on the pike saying "hey look at me now in this car!" You were so happy that day and I will remember you like that forever. Keep driving in Heaven, they needed another smiling face and Angel. LOL RIP, Kym

Not only have my thoughts been with Joe’s family and friends in this time of sorrow, but I’ve reflected on the memories that I have of him from times we spent together in high school. The years may have passed but as many of these thoughtful remembrances state, the kindness and humor that I remember of Joe never did. I am grateful that our paths at one time crossed, and that I was able to enjoy his loving and cheerful personality. Mine and my family’s prayers go out to Joe’s family and friends.

Dear Pat,Joe and Chris,

There are no words to express the sadness we feel - only tears - too many of them. "Little Joe" was like another son to me and my family; always available to help anyone in need. I will miss so much about him especially his boisterous laugh. A young life lost will always present unanswered questions, but know that he will always live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He will be forever with us in spirit, mind and thought. May God hold all of you close to his heart and bless you all, and "Little Joe" too.

Love,

Harriet, Nick and Chris Roman and Auntie Jo too.

We understand. We lost our 6 year old son last May, he also was an organ donor. Our children show us such beauty in life and when they leave us to grieve that beauty seems lost too, the light of Joe's smile will fill the darkest places in your heart. Peace comes in the knowledge that the gift of life was brought to another family and the recipients. We are here and will hold your family near to our hearts.

Pat,Joe and Chris... our whole family sends our deepest sympathy. I just spoke to Chris when I ran into him where he works at the pet place on Friday and we caught up on what the families were doing. Then Sunday to get the call from Neil!!!!!!.... Could not believe it.

The unbearable pain of losing a child.... Too, too young.

Stephen could not believe it nor Alicia. Charlie thought so well of Joey too and Joey was always "johnny on the spot" when we were having such a time with the van.

We'll always remember that infectious smile or your dear son.

My prayers every day for all of you. May you get some comfort in knowing how many people care and are deeply saddened by this great loss.

PS Can't you see Joey and Kotch keeping heaven "Alive and Hopping" with those 2 up there?? :)
