Joseph Robichaud Obituary



Joseph F. Robichaud Jr., 71, of East Haddam, CT died peacefully Saturday June 7, 2014 with his family by his side. Born in Dexter, ME June 8,1942, he was the son of Wilda and Joseph Robichaud. After attending Enfield High School, Joseph served in the Navy from 1960-1965 as a Communications Technician. Joseph then had an uninterrupted career as a Leadsman for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. From September 10, 1965 until his death. Joseph is survived by his wife and best friend Madeline Joy Marks Robichaud; daughter Michelle Robichaud of CA; stepdaughters Anne Marks of AZ, and Julius Marks of CA. Joseph leaves two loving sisters Jean Balcezak of AZ, Prudence and her husband Tarique Moustapha of AZ. Joseph has 6 grandchildren and many wonderful nieces and nephews. We thank Phylis Custer Duzan, Michael Duzan and Sharon Plourd for their love and devotion throughout Joseph's illness. Thank you Chip Goodrich for helping Joseph through some really rough roads. At this time I would like to thank the wonderful nurses and volunteers on the Hospice unit at Middlesex Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Contributions in memory of Joseph can be made to the 911 Memorial Fund. One Liberty Plaza, NY, NY 10006.
