EVANS, Judith C. Judith C. Evans of West Hartford, formerly of South Windsor, died on Saturday, (July 23, 2005) at John Dempsey Medical Center in Farmington. She leaves her daughters, Janine M. Evans and Cheryl (Evans) Simons; and son-in-law, Garfield Simons of South Windsor. She leaves four grandchildren, Shamika and LaSherell Robinson of Hartford, Chasity and Demond Roberts and Gary Simons of South Windsor; two great grandchildren, Branden Charles, and Jada Dove of Hartford; goddaughter, Kristol Pitts of Plainfield; along with aunt; nieces; and a host of cousins. Predeceased by both mother and father, Lucy and George Evans; sisters, Delores Smith and Brenda Evans. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, at 11 a.m. at Carmon Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor. Burial service at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 453 Fairfield Ave., Hartford on Thursday, July 28 at 10a.m.
