Kerry R. Saucier

1954 - 2015

Kerry R. Saucier, 60, of New Britain, formerly of Newington, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 3, 2015. Born in New Britain, on May 12, 1954, the son of Bernadette (Plourde) and the late Normand Saucier, he grew up and spent most of his life in Newington. Kerry worked as a machinist for Prospect Products in Newington for many years. He will be dearly missed by his sister Karen Halpert and her husband Frank of Bristol; his brothers Ken Saucier and his wife Sue of Newington and Kevin Saucier and his wife Liz of Las Vegas, NV; his nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly, Michael Halpert, who was his godson, and his fiancé Adrienne Johnson of Laurel, MD, Ashley Beckford and her husband Corey of Bristol, Justin and Nikki Saucier of Newington, and Danny Saucier who was also his godson, of Miami, FL. Kerry was a long time member of Grace Episcopal Church in Newington. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched over the years and for always being ready to lend a helping hand. In Kerry's memory, please perform random acts of kindness. He was predeceased by his father, Normand Saucier. Kerry's funeral services will be private and there will be no calling hours. He will be laid to rest privately in St. Mary Cemetery in New Britain. Newington Memorial Funeral Home is serving the family.
