Kevin is survived by his father, Paul Ryan; brother, Jeff Ryan; and daughter, Theresa Ryan. He was predeceased by his mother, Elaine Ryan.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said for Kevin at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 52 South Elm Street, Windsor Locks, CT, 06096 on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Windsor Locks. There will be no wake held. Windsor Locks Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
