I have only known Kevin for about 2 years, I was his mail lady, he was a good guy, friendly, great to talk to about football, his smile was worth a million bucks, gave me tomatoes when he had too many, just someone to look forward to seeing at the end of my route, my deepest condolences to his mother and all his family, he will surely be missed.

So sorry to know of Kevins passing. I had the pleasure of working with him while he was at The Village @Buckland Court. Kevin was always quick to offer a helping hand and always with that contagious smile of his. Sharing your loss and sending prayers for peace and healing in the days to come.

I am so sorry for the families loss!!
Kevin was a great neighbor to have and always said hello to us and offered to share some tool he had for my husband while he worked in the yard!! A real gentleman and a good friend!! I will still see him waving hello to me in his driveway!! Katie and Rick Guilmette

We meet Kevin just a few weeks ago when my handicapped nephew, Patrick was placed in the same room with Kevin at the Conklin Building at Hartford Hospital.
He was so nice to us and to my nephew.
Later we moved to another room and Kevin would come and visit us, always walking with his IV pole.
Later in the week he came to say he was going home.
We were so happy for him and exchanged email.
Patrick got him a Kermit the Frog so he will always have a friend wherever he goes.
Our family only knew him for a few days, but his spirit will be with is forever.
Love always,
Patrick, Arlene, Kathy, and Uncle Chris.

To the Winchell Families,
I had known Don Sr. when he was a mechanic many years ago, I was the SNAP-ON TOOL DEALER in Don's area. Don was a great guy as well as his children I am sure are.
Please except my heart felt condolences, May God Bless the Winchell families at this time of sorrow.

Kevin was the best neighbor ever ! Every winter he would snow-blow our entire sidewalk and then continue past our house and do some of the other neighbors' walks. He was always polite and kind and loved his animals so much. Always had a smile and something positive to say about everyone. We will miss him terribly - such a nice kid -- we feel lucky to have known him and wish we could have done more to help him. But we never knew how sick he really was because he never complained.
We hope his family will accept our sincerest condolences and know that their son made a difference in our lives and will always be remembered.
Most sincerely,
Gil & Ann Fahey

I am so very sad to hear of Kevin's passing. I was in shock actually. Kevin and I were a couple 20 years ago. He was my sister's husband's best man at her wedding. We worked at the Arbors together and I was just smitten over him. All the girls liked Kevin. I had to fight over him lol. Those were the good ole days. He will be missed and my condolences to his family. Heaven has a new angel.....
