Lena J. TATOIAN

TATOIAN, Lena J. Lena J. Tatoian, 90, widow of Atty. Phillip E. Tatoian Sr. and a lifetime resident of the Enfield community, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2010 at her home, surrounded by her family. Born on June 27, 1920, in the Thompsonville section of Enfield, Lena was the daughter of the late Gaspar and Frances (Tropia) Maggio. Lena attended public schools in Enfield and was a graduate of Enfield High School, Class of 1939. She went on to further her education at Baypath College. In her leisure time, she enjoyed cooking and traveling. Most of all her greatest joy in life was being a mother and spending time with her family. Lena is survived by her children, Atty. Phillip E. Tatoian, Jr. and his wife, Joyce, of New Hope, PA; Atty. Richard M. Tatoian of Enfield, Dr. Robert D. Tatoian and his wife, Dottie, of Enfield, Marilyn T. Williams and her husband Charles Wilson, of Suffield, and Atty. John A. Tatoian and his wife, Jeanne, of Somers; her sister, Josephine Cimino of Vero Beach, FL; her beloved grandchildren, Adam Williams and his wife, Kristin, Robert P. Tatoian, David Tatoian and his wife, Holly, Michael Tatoian and his wife, Courtney; her two great grandchildren, David Tatoian and Jamie Tatoian and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, Lena was predeceased by her siblings, Frank Maggio, Frances Buttacovoli, Agatha Lepore, and Rosalind Belliveau. Funeral services for Lena will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield. Burial will follow in Enfield Street Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call on Lena's family on Saturday prior to the services from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels.
