Lillian Guinea Obituary

GUINEA, Lillian F. Lillian F. Guinea, 94 formerly of Plainville, passed away on Monday (October 17, 2005) at the Summit of Plantsville. She was the wife of the late Edgar Raymond Guinea. Lillian was born on January 9, 1911 in New Haven to the late James and Sarah (Lynch) Finn. Lillian was a member of the Plainville Senior Center, the AARP as well as the Business and Professional Women's Club. She enjoyed being a member of her many clubs, but enjoyed the company of her loving family most of all. Lillian leaves her son, Raymond Guinea of Bristol; and a daughter, Sondra Swanson and her husband Donald of Southington; her seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren along with her several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Hopkins; her three brothers, Vincent, Lawrence and James Finn; and her sister DeChantal Iannotti. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Bailey Funeral Home 48 Broad St. Plainville is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 538 Preston Ave. P.O. Box 1004 Meriden, CT 06450.
