Michael Foglio Obituary

FOGLIO, Michael D. Michael D. Foglio, 86, the husband of Evelyn (Moran) Foglio died on Sunday (February 29, 2004) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Manchester, Mike was a life long resident. He was a World War II US Army veteran, having served in the European Theatre. He was a retiree of Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, a member of the Army and Navy Club in Manchester, and a communicant of St. James Church. He is also survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Michael E. and Melissande Foglio of Naugatuck, his daughter Kathleen Weisenfluh of Oak Ridge, NJ, four grandchildren, Michael N. Foglio and Daniel, Katelyn, and Kasey Weisenfluh and his sisters, Sundina, Margaret and Antoinette. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. James Church, Main St. Manchester, followed by burial at St. James Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. The John F. Tierney Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
