To the Whitehead Family
I send my deepest heartfelt sympathy.
Mom Whitehead was a very special woman. Anyone who has had the privilege/honor to know her will know exactly what I am talking about. I will NEVER forget her smile and soft spoken voice.
My love to you all,
Kitty

A tribute to mom:
Brief were my days with you, and more brief were the words I have spoken. Mother stood on the bank of Jordan for a long time waiting for her father to call her home, weep not for me, for I am resting in the arms of my father. I have done my best in the race, I have ran the full distance, I have kept the faith and now waiting for me is the prize of victory, awarded for a righteous life...the prize, which the Lord, the righteous Judge will give me on that day.

Momma,
Over the years, you have been the one in my life that has guided me through heartaches and pain. When I promised you that I would take care of dad I did not know that you would up and leave me. I will keep my word. I love you and will always miss you. You will always be in my heart and my mind. When I look in the mirror I see your face in mine and that hurts so bad; that's the truth. Loving you is like food to my soul.

Mommy, I will miss you dearly. You are now resting with mommy and the other angels. Keep that bright smile shining down on me and my family. My only regret is that neither one of my moms will be here to see me get married. I know deep in my heart you will be there in spirit. Thanks for teaching all the strength, courage, and wisdom you brought your own children up with. All my love

Minnie,
I'll see you one morning...
It's a long link, but it won't be broken. The beautiful woman that I know so well, I'll think about the precious years we've shared together. You've inspired me a lot... opening the books to me- showing me what's really going on.
With Love,
Your husband, Eddie

Sorry to hear about your mothers passing. She had a full life, and I'm sure she is in a better place now. I know she was proud of her family.
