DANIEWICZ, Nancy Ann (Helin)
Nancy Ann (Helin) Daniewicz, 79, of East Hartford, beloved wife of the late Alfred D. Daniewicz, passed away Saturday, (November 19, 2011) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Gardner, MA, daughter of the late William J. and Anna Helin, she was a resident of East Hartford for many years. Prior to her retirement, Nancy was a nurse's aide at St. Elizabeth Convalescent Home, East Hartford for 21 years. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Nancy is survived by her children and grandchildren; David Daniewicz and his wife, Felicita and their sons, Jeffrey and John of East Hartford, Gary Daniewicz and his wife, Trish and their children, Sarah and John of Glastonbury, Steven Daniewicz of Virginia Beach, VA and Brian Daniewicz of East Hartford; a sister, Eleanor Foley of Blacksburg, VA and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, (November 22, 2011) from 5-8 p.m. at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, (Nov. 23), 10:00 am in St. Christopher Church, 538 Brewer St., East Hartford.
